Return Policy:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business and for hygienic reasons, all products are final sale and we do not offer refunds, so we intend you are absolutely thrilled with your purchase. In the off chance that something is defective, we are happy to replace it or provide store credit. Thank you for understanding.
Processing Policy:
All standard orders are processed as quickly as possibly, usually within 24 hours.
If your product is in-stock, it will ship out immediately from our headquarters.
"Made to order" merchandise will need to be produced and then shipped, which averages around 5 to 8 days in the USA. These products are made sustainably and produced locally to offset waste.
Any pre-ordered products will be shipped when they arrive.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in New York you'll get it faster than if you live in California. In-state orders will arrive in 1 to 2 business days, east coast orders are usually delivered within 3-5 days. It may take 5-7 days to arrive in other parts of the USA. International orders may take up to 10 to 20 days to arrive. All order delivery estimates are listed at checkout.
We ship to the United States and Globally from our HQ in New York.
Weekend orders will ship the following Monday.
"Made to order" merchandise will ship directly from their production center after they are created/printed.
Please check that all of your shipping details are entered correctly.
Changes to a delivery address are not possible once a shipment is processed.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
We are not responsible or liable for lost or damaged shipments once they are picked up by their carrier. Please use the tracking information sent to you. If you cannot find a package that has been confirmed as delivered, please contact your local USPS or DHL.
